Children: 3 adult children, 87 foster babies

Education: Central High School (Nashville)
Falls College (President of Student Body)

I have lived in Middle Tennessee most of mylife. Born in Detroit, Michigan but moved to Tennessee as a infant.
My wife and I married in 1968 and have three adult children. For approx. the last 25 years we have cared for
foster infants, mostly new borns, when the birth mothers decide to give them up. We currently have our 87th
baby.

I have been a tournament fisherman for over 30 years. Most as a boater. I fished B.A.S.S. as a professional
for several years when everybody was a pro. When they changed to the co angler concept I moved to FLW and
Everstart. Many things changed on the professional front in the 1990,s and I went to the co angler side just to
be able to fish the majors. I qualified for three Everstart Championships as a pro and in 2002 the FLW Tour
championship as a co angler. I have fished many major events such as the Bassmaster Megabuks tournament,
the U.S.OPEN where I finished 3rd.

I am a public speaker with six plus years radio as well as several TV shows. I have served as Chaplain of the Tennessee House of Representives and Chairman of the Nashville Public Transporaton Board. I currently am Chaplain (7+ Years) of the
Smyrna, Tennessee Police Department.

I am a Pro Staff member of "AmericanBassShop.Com" and they are my primary sponsor. I live on the back side
of Percy Priest lake and can be in the water in 3 mintues from my driveway. Approx. 30 minutes to Old Hickory
Lake.

I have had the privilege thru the years of being fishing partners with many of todays superstars, such as Larry
Nixon, Jay Yellas, Dion Hibdon, Russ Lane, Greg Hackney, Mark Davis, KVD, Brent Chapman, Randy Dearman, Rich
Clunn, David Fritts, J.T. Kenney and many others. I know what it takes to succed on the pro circuit...and I know how
important it is to promote and support my sponsors. I don't work miracles...but I sure try hard.

Thank You for your consideraton

Hello my name is Dustin Miller I live in central Pennsylvania. Here is a little bit about my angling career if you will. I've fished all my life almost 39 years I had a bass boat for years and three years ago I started solely fishing from a kayak. I fish for a lot of smallmouth bass but actually fish for as many species as I can every year. I started fishing saltwater last summer and will continue I do so this year. I'm a field tester for Flipinthebird out of California and pro staff with Paddlerscove out of New Jersey. I will be doing some shows here in Jan. and Feb. with Paddlerscove in Pa and Nj. Last year I started northeastkayakanglers.com an online kayaking and fishing non profit organization with 300+ members and growing.  I won the Pennsylvania 2011 Big Fish Contest 1st in Largemouth 2nd in Smallmouth. In 2012 I won 1st place in the Carp Rod and Reel division. As I said I like to fish for different species. 2012 I competed in the No Mo kayak fishing tournament in Michigan and finished 2nd losing by 1 inch in a slam style tournament. I've competed in online kayak fishing challenges in four different organizations with 15top 20 finishes and 10 top 10 finishes 8 top 3 and 3 wins. I'm active in the sport and fishing and with Heroes on the Water an organization that takes wounded veterans out kayak fishing as away to help them rehabilitate and get back into the life thy once lived. I worked with the New Jersey chapter at an event last year and will be more active in events this year both fresh and salt water.

SUMMARY

Active Duty Officer in the United States Army currently deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. I plan to continue to develop my angling skills while on active duty and incrementally increase my tournament fishing experience throughout the next five years. I anticipate retiring in 2017 and upon retirement intend to fish full time fishing higher level circuits including the FLW Series and B.A.S.S. Opens. I am a leader and motivator by profession. Couple that with a strong character and value set, molded from childhood and forged through years of selfless service I am a dedicated, disciplined, goal oriented performer. I enjoy writing and communicating and will bring a uniquely qualified perspective that others respect, admire, and want to emulate in representing and promoting your company and products.

PERSONAL
I was born 24 May 1973 in Pottsville, PA. I grew up in a working class home, my mother was a sewing machine operator and father was a construction worker. My parents were divorced and I lived with my mother, although my father also lived in Pottsville. I grew up cherishing days afield, either hunting or fishing. This brought on a strong sense of the outdoors and as I grew older into my teens I spent most of my time either playing sports or afield. In college I played football which built my strong sense of competitiveness and leadership skills that still drive me to success today. I was my college football team captain for three straight years. The combination of my strong desire to lead and my love for the outdoors made the United States Army an easy fit for me. I entered into the Army straight out of college in May 1995. As I have developed through years of being an officer in the Army, hunting and fishing has become my outlet for stress relief and relaxation. The time spent fishing with my competitive nature has led me to tournament bass fishing in 2007. I currently live in Kansas with my wife Barbara and son Nathan. Nathan is 12 and also just as competitive as I when it comes to bass fishing. This year he joined the Kickback Junior Bass Club and competed at the Kansas state level.

WORK HISTORY
August 1995-Present- An Officer in the United States Army Quartermaster Corps. I have held leadership positions from Platoon Leader (40 personnel) to Company Commander (213 personnel). I have been responsible for logistics support ranging from an Accountable Officer of a $1.2 billion warehouse to the Afghanistan Theater Fuels Officer overseeing all fuel trucked into the country in 2005 worth more than $80 million. Currently I am a Brigade Operations officer who oversees a 1900 person brigade in Afghanistan providing logistical support to over 35,000.

Dale Adams
50 yrs Old Engaged with 3 kids
Born and raised in Auburn, Maine
I grew up in a foster home for nearly 16 years in Auburn, Maine. At the age of 17 years old I came back to Massachusetts to start a new life with my biological mother. I went to Haverhill High School in Haverhill, Ma. and after graduating 12th grade I joined the US Army. Enrolling in the service changed my whole perspective on life where things started to change drastically for me. It turned me into a man I never knew I could be, made me stronger, made me look at the world and things differently than one can imagine.
Traveling the world and seeing other countries along with getting involved with different cultures was something anyone would want in life, but that also gave me the oppurtuinty to fish places I've never seen.
I started fishing when my foster father introduced me to Ice fishing at 8 years old. The moment I dropped that line through that hole and caught my first fish made me jump for joy and was hooked. It was something I had told myself I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The excitement and anticipation of waiting for a fish to grab hold was just exciting to me. Especially not knowing what was going to bite.
After nearly 18 years in the military, fishing places I only dreamed of and using every type bait you can imagine from the US, Germany, Korea and other places, I had thought this would be a great thing to do when retired. From that point on, it was all downhill from there where i just had to have and gain all the knowledge I could of Bass fishing. I read books, bought all the mags they had out, asked questions to any angler I could and now for the past 30 years I can say I am an avid bass angler and the love of the sport is never enough.
After getting out of the service, I fished with all the guys from RI that was on the Rhode Island Bass Federation and entered some tournaments and did well. A few tournaments on a lower level with the military and great guys furthered my education of the sport. At the present moment I am a sales rep for Bass Angler Magazine, a member of Army Bass Anglers, have tested all types of baits and lures from several different companies and am hoping to gain more knowledge and pro staff positions because I truly believe I have done enough for myself and the United Sates Military I feel it's only right to give back to the sport of fishing and help in any way I can, to get others involved and gain more exposure for companies that truly need it, get children involved in the fishing industry and above all, have time for family and friends.
I love all children, family, God and Country, but also love to travel, get my hands dirty, promote, advertise. I love music of all types and have played drums for 20 + years. Finally, I love to be free and help others in anything they may need or to gain knowledge, I'm very trustworthy and honest. I will get anything and everything done that needs be even if I have to go overboard to achieve the goal.
